Our Story
We’ve been friends for over a decade, long before we knew what recruitment was. In 2013, we both started at the same company within weeks of each other and over the next 4 years built a very strong network within the Medical Technology and Diagnostics industries. Our curious nature took us on different paths for the years following, where we’ve learnt and developed the necessary skills to team up again with CAPU Search. We are completely aligned on our vision for CAPU to become the search partner of choice for Medical Technology and Diagnostics companies and, as importantly, we share the same value set that will underpin the work we will do to get there
Meet the Team
“I have set up CAPU because I’ve always had an ambition to grow a company from scratch. I’ve seen what great looks like and I want to take it to a higher level. I love building long lasting relationships with my customers and I thrive off of great feedback. I take great satisfaction in solving my customers’ problems and the experience I’ve gained over the years has enabled me to find a solution to pretty much every situation.
My purpose is to create a life where my future children see no limits, where I am a positive role model and someone that they look up to. I have a passion for animal rights and a goal of mine is to set up an animal rescue sanctuary. I’m an avid Liverpool FC supporter and I’ve spent over 10 years bodybuilding where I’ve competed in competitions. If we’ve spoken before then you probably know about my dog Willow the Weimaraner. With video calling being the new normal, there is a high chance that she will make an appearance during a meeting”

“From a young age I wanted to follow in my Dad’s footsteps of building a successful company from scratch. My goal is for CAPU to be recognised for offering a unique service that delivers consistent results, and for the highest levels of customer service. I want to build a company full of diverse people who are proud to work for CAPU, with an unbiased and open environment to create genuine choice.
I enjoy challenging myself, so my purpose is to never stop learning or trying new things and to have a positive impact on everyone along the way. As a runner and cyclist, I’ve got some big plans in the pipeline to raise money for charities that support mental health and wellbeing initiatives, something that I believe we should all be spending more time talking about. I love experiencing different cultures (and food!) so I’ve always got the next trip planned with my fiancée. Recommendations are welcome!”
